The Admin Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the assigned department, ensuring food safety and quality while meeting job orders on time and in full — at the lowest possible cost. Key Responsibilities Project Management Plans and develops project ideas with other departments, ensuring efficient cost management of resources. Creates and leads the project team. Monitors project progress to ensure adherence to agreed timelines. Resolves issues that may arise during the course of the project. Evaluates project performance. Performance Management Coaches and mentors team members to promote professional growth and uphold company values and work ethics. Conducts regular employee evaluations to drive performance improvement. Recommends training programs that support continuous improvement. Resource Planning Identifies, allocates, and manages resources to ensure the achievement of departmental goals. Operations Management Supervises daily departmental operations to meet job orders on time and in full while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, food safety, and quality standards. Analyzes team performance reports and prepares presentations for management review. Assists in the hiring and selection of new employees. Performs other duties as may be assigned to enhance the department’s contribution to company success. Flexibility and Adaptability Embraces change with positivity and adjusts to new circumstances. Performs a variety of tasks with equal effectiveness and efficiency. Collaboration Works closely with other departments to achieve production goals and ensure orders conform to quality standards. Keeps all team members informed of company announcements, policies, and updates. Builds trust, fosters positive relationships, and promotes a healthy work environment by communicating with empathy, accuracy, and accountability. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration , Environmental Science , or other related courses. Work Experience Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in the food industry , preferably in manufacturing , in a similar or higher position. Work Schedule and Requirements Full-time employment 8 working hours per day / 6 days a week Shifting schedule (may include graveyard shift) Must be willing to work on holidays and weekends Work Location: Marian Road 2, Marian Business Park Barangay San Martin De Porres Parañaque City #J-18808-Ljbffr
