Job Summary The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring sales targets are achieved, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. The role is based in Quezon City, with occasional coordination in Muntinlupa (warehouse), Parañaque, and Angeles City, Pampanga. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead the sales team in daily operations. Achieve sales goals and ensure target performance for the branch. Implement effective sales strategies and company policies. Deliver excellent customer service and handle client concerns efficiently. Prepare and analyze sales reports and performance metrics. Coordinate with other branch locations as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in retail or related. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven track record on achieving sales targets and managing a team.
