SALES CONSULTANT

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Consultants who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating meaningful connections with customers. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in providing a delightful in-store experience by showcasing our products, services, and promotions, while helping customers find the best solutions to fit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell products, services, and promotions by building trust and providing an excellent customer experience

  • Explain and demonstrate product features and benefits based on customer needs

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with inquiries and providing after-sales support

  • Maintain store displays and contribute to overall store targets and goals

Qualifications:

  • At least College Level

  • Preferably with at least 6 months of experience in retail or hospitality (an advantage but not required)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
