Role Description

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist for a part-time role (20 hours per week) based in the Philippines. This remote role offers flexibility, with 3 days remote work. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving targeted marketing campaigns.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research tailored to the Sydney property and short-stay rental market
  • Developing and managing sales campaigns targeting property owners in our niche
  • Enhancing customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Creating marketing materials and initiatives that highlight the benefits of short-term rental management
  • Collaborating with the team to improve sales performance and service delivery
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or sales management
  • Familiarity with Airbnb, short-term rentals, or the hospitality industry (highly preferred)
  • Understanding of the Sydney property market and our target niche
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to train and support team members effectively
  • Ability to work both independently (remote) and collaboratively with the team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
