In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Microsoft Intune and related services within Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to deliver secure, efficient, and compliant device and application management across the organization. You will enforce device compliance, automate software deployments, manage patching schedules, and coordinate endpoint vulnerability remediation while ensuring that end-users experience minimal disruption. Working closely with IT security, infrastructure, and global support teams, you will help protect corporate assets, maintain a robust security posture, and contribute to a seamless and secure end-user environment.

What you will be doing
You will take end-to-end ownership of Microsoft Intune and related components within Microsoft Endpoint Manager, serving as the primary specialist for device and application management across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS platforms. On a day-to-day basis, you will configure and support MDM/MAM policies, manage compliance and configuration profiles, and troubleshoot Intune-related incidents involving policy enforcement, device compliance, and access control. You will coordinate and oversee Windows and third-party application patching via Intune and Windows Update for Business, continuously monitoring patch compliance and driving remediation for devices with missing or failed updates. Collaboration will be central to your work as you partner with IT security, infrastructure, and global support teams to prioritize patches based on vulnerability severity and business risk, integrate Intune with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and other security platforms, and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities. You will also define, document, and maintain endpoint security baselines and patch management procedures, including the creation of SOPs and delivery of training to global infrastructure support teams. Using dashboards and reports, you will regularly present insights on compliance posture, patch deployment success, and vulnerability trends to key stakeholders, ensuring that high-severity exposures are addressed in a timely manner. Throughout, you will stay up to date with the Microsoft Intune roadmap, emerging endpoint threats, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the organization’s device security management capabilities.
