You will have direct responsibility over the operations process, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and strategy. You will serve our customers through the development and implementation of best‑in‑class methods and procedures. You will oversee a team of employees, providing training to ensure our company's operations run smoothly. You will implement procedures, provide information to senior leaders, and generate ideas to increase productivity. You will directly oversee teammates, team leaders, and the operations management team, and ensure positive morale for effective daily operations. Responsibilities include: Develop and improve company systems for customer interaction and control implementation. Manage and improve campaign performance through monitoring, problem resolution, system audits, and quality assurance measures. Ensure staff performance reviews are consistently conducted, assess teammates’ needs, conduct cost/benefit analysis, and support operational strategy assessments. Maintain open communication between teammates and senior management. Monitor staffing, temporary coverage, and training, deliver excellent client service, and resolve problems. Develop individual and team goals, implement plans to achieve objectives, guide Operations Managers, and prepare annual budgets. Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and repairs as needed, and participate in company workshops and team projects. Qualifications: At least 5 years of operations management experience, holding a leadership position in a customer‑service role. Experience managing at least 600 FTEs with a strong track record of meeting targets. Strong organizational, analytical, and managerial skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly motivated self‑starter able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.
