Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, and driving revenue growth for Rapid Tech’s IT hardware and co-managed IT support services. Actively pursues leads, develops proposals, and coordinates with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to clients, especially in the BPO, shared services, and SME sectors.
Responsibilities- Prospect and generate leads through various channels (calls, emails, networking, LinkedIn)
- Pitch IT hardware (refurbished and brand new) and co-managed IT support solutions to businesses
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (IT Managers, Procurement Heads, etc.)
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demos
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and needs analysis
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Procurement, and Technical Teams for customized offers
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Keep CRM updated with accurate sales activities and client data
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field (required)
- 2–4 years in B2B sales, preferably in IT hardware, software, or managed services
- Experience selling to corporate clients such as BPOs, SMEs, or tech-driven companies is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of IT hardware, solutions selling, or service-based offerings
- Goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
- Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders
