OpenTrain is a fast growing talent marketplace for AI training data. We work with some of the biggest names in AI on labeling and evaluation programs. We are moving fast and we want teammates who move fast too.

Speed is the top requirement

You must ship interfaces fast, reliably, and with good quality. We are not looking for slow and overly methodical builders. Build quickly, get it functional, then improve through quick follow ups.

Our designs live in Figma. You will translate Figma files into responsive Bubble pages and reusable elements, wire workflows, and keep momentum high from day one.

• Turn Figma designs into responsive Bubble pages and reusable elements
• Build complex product flows such as job posting, candidate application and screening, payments, and identity verification
• Maintain a component library in Bubble using Styles and reusables to speed delivery
• Implement workflows, custom states, and Option sets for clear logic
• Integrate APIs such as Stripe and SendGrid
• Fix issues quickly after shipping with tight iteration cycles

• 2 plus years building production apps in Bubble
• Fast Figma to Bubble translation, including responsive layout and spacing systems
• Strong use of reusable elements, Styles, and data driven UI
• Solid form validation patterns and multi step navigation
• Basic API Connector experience

• Stripe Identity or Stripe Connect
• Basic Playwright or Cypress awareness
• Webflow familiarity
• Experience working inside a component system with designers

• Short tickets with clear acceptance criteria
• Daily async updates with links or Looms
• Builder runs a pre flight checklist before any design review
