Payment Request Management:

Route payment requests through the approval process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Track and endorse payment requests, managing all relevant documentation such as signed contracts and cost estimates (CEs), invoices, and receipts.
Collaborate with finance to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
Supplies and Stocks Management:

Oversee and manage the inventory of marketing supplies.
Coordinate with vendors to replenish stock as needed.
Ensure that all marketing team members have access to necessary materials and supplies.
Marketing Merchandise Management:

Manage the inventory of marketing merchandise, including promotional items and branded materials.
Collaborate with design team for collateral design, size adapts, suppliers for samples and delivery.
Coordinate with the procurement team to have a pipeline of suppliers for fulfillment of various marketing materials and services.
Fulfill requests for marketing merchandise and ensure timely distribution.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop efficient systems for tracking merchandise usage and replenishment needs.
Administrative Support:
