About the role
As a Medical Representative for a new division, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling innovative pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in Quezon City. This full-time position offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development within a dynamic, market-leading healthcare organization.
Key responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers, including doctors and hospital administrators
Effectively communicate the features, benefits and unique selling points of pharmaceutical products
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
Achieve and exceed individualized sales targets through strategic account management and lead generation
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer service
Participate in product training and education initiatives to deepen industry expertise
About you
Proven track record in pharmaceutical or medical sales, with a minimum of 1 year's experience
In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry, including key players, regulations and market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to handle complex customer requirements
Graduate degree preferred in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
Proficiency in MS Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
