Job Overview
Job type: full‑time. Work style: hybrid. The position is located in Eastwood, Quezon City, Metro Manila.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Philippine time. Training period of 15 to 30 days is fully in office.
What You Will Do
- Process insurance submissions including new business, renewals, endorsements.
- Handle cancellations, reinstatements, and coverage changes.
- Request and manage loss runs from carriers.
- Prepare certificates of insurance and policy documents.
- Maintain trackers and follow up on pending items.
- Coordinate with Australian underwriters and brokers via email.
Senior Analyst Responsibilities
- Handle escalations and review junior work for quality.
- Drive process improvements and liaise directly with onshore underwriting teams.
Requirements
- Analyst: 1–3 years of experience. Senior Analyst: 2–5 years of experience.
- Australian P&C insurance experience is required.
- Additional U.S. P&C background is a plus but U.S. only with no Australian experience is not acceptable.
- Background in policy servicing, policy administration, or underwriting support.
- Knowledge of commercial lines—General Liability, Property, Umbrella, Workers Compensation, Motor.
- Good written English and Excel skills.
- Detail‑oriented.
- Nationality: Philippines.

- Cannot work from 6:00 AM start or accept office‑based training.
