The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, Exchange Online, and Azure Entra ID, with a working knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop. Experience with Intune and SharePoint is preferred but not required. You'll be part of a global team that empowers MSPs through innovation, collaboration, and exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities Microsoft 365 Administration Manage licensing, user provisioning, and feature configurations. Perform Google Workspace to M365 migrations and support hybrid environments. Handle escalations and service tickets related to Microsoft 365 workloads. Exchange Online Management Administer mailbox creation, retention policies, delegation, and tracing. Collaborate with security teams to integrate email security solutions (e.g., Mimecast). Configure and troubleshoot access controls, identity sync, and role-based access. Support integration with Power Platform and other M365 services. Monitor and support AVD environments. Assist with app deployment and golden image management. Contribute to planning of full AVD deployment projects. Support & Troubleshooting Serve as a subject matter expert for M365-related issues. Engage in root cause analysis and continuous learning to solve cloud challenges. Document SOPs, workflows, and technical configurations. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills: 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration (including licensing & migrations) Strong experience with Exchange Online and retention policy management Strong working knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID, with exposure to Intune and SharePoint Online. Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities Nice-to-Have / Areas for Growth: Experience in an MSP or fast-paced support environment.
