Recruitify_HR is seeking a detail-oriented CRM lead coordinator to manage and update leads in the CRM, perform data entry, tagging, and pipeline tracking. You will support non-voice lead backer tasks and assist in campaign execution.
You will respond to leads via SMS and email, maintain accurate lead records, coordinate appointments with agents, and help build drip campaigns and automation. A proactive, analytical mindset and strong communication are essential in a fast-paced environment.
