We are looking for an experienced Senior Store Operations Manager who will oversee the overall operations and performance of multiple branches. The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, sales performance, profitability, customer experience, and people development while ensuring consistent implementation of company standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of multiple branches.
Drive sales achievement, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Monitor labor costs, inventory, wastage, and other operating expenses.
Develop and implement action plans to address operational gaps and improve business performance.
Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and Supervisors.
Ensure consistent implementation of service, quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
Conduct regular branch visits and operational audits.
Review operational reports and provide recommendations to management.
Ensure proper manpower planning, scheduling, recruitment, training, and employee development.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, sanitation, health, and safety standards.
Handle escalated customer and operational concerns.
Work closely with HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments to support business requirements.
Support new branch openings, renovations, and other operational initiatives.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
Prepare regular operational reports and updates for management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
At least 6–10 years of experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or related operations, with managerial experience.
Experience handling multiple branches or multi-unit operations .
Strong background in sales, cost control, inventory, manpower planning, and operations management.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen and people-management capabilities.
Willing to travel between branches and work on weekends/holidays as required.
