About the job: Phlebotomist (Cubao QC) | Onsite Work Location: 100% Onsite (Cubao QC) Schedule: Shifting (Clinic Operations 6am-10pm) Qualifications: Education: Graduate of Medical Laboratory Science, Phlebotomy, or equivalent health sciences course License/Certifications: MUST HAVE Licensed Phlebotomist or Registered Medical Technologist Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an advantage OPEN TO FRESH GRADS WITH LICENSE: Med-Tech License is a MUST Knowledge: Knowledgeable in infection control, hygiene, and safe disposal of sharp and biohazard materials Understanding of veins, circulation, and human body systems related to blood collection Basic knowledge of phlebotomy tools, centrifuges, and sample storage requirements Skills: Proficient in venipuncture, capillary puncture, and proper specimen handling Efficiently handle multiple patients and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinic or laboratory setting Ability to address challenging draws, difficult veins, or unexpected patient reactions Has good communication and people skills
