Flask Developer – ERPNext

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Flask Developer with ERPNext/Frappe Framework experience to support and enhance business applications. The role requires a strong understanding of ERPNext architecture, Frappe Framework concepts, module interdependencies, workflows, and system configuration , along with the ability to collaborate closely with developers on customizations, reports, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance ERPNext/Frappe-based applications.

• Understand and work with ERPNext architecture and module interdependencies .

• Configure and maintain workflows, print formats, roles, and permissions .

• Collaborate with developers on:

  • Custom DocTypes

  • Reports and dashboards

  • Application customizations

  • System integrations

• Assist in analyzing and troubleshooting application issues.

• Support API-level integrations and coordinate with developers on integration requirements.

• Participate in application testing, implementation, and enhancement activities.

• Identify opportunities to improve application functionality and system processes.

• Document configurations, processes, technical issues, and resolutions.

• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.

• Provide technical support and guidance to end users when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in application development, ERP systems, or related technical roles.

• Experience with Flask Web Framework .

• Solid understanding of ERPNext architecture and module interdependencies .

• Familiarity with the Frappe Framework .

• Experience or exposure to:

  • ERPNext workflows

  • Print Formats

  • Roles and Permissions

  • Custom DocTypes

  • Reports

• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers on ERPNext customizations.

• Basic understanding of API-level integrations .

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Strictly Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ERPNext implementation, customization, or application support.

• Experience with REST APIs and third-party system integrations.

• Knowledge of Python-based web application development.

• Experience troubleshooting and enhancing enterprise business applications.

• Familiarity with ERPNext development and customization practices.

Work Arrangement

• Work Setup: Hybrid

• Onsite Requirement: 3 days per week

• Project Location: Uptown 2

• Shift Schedule: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
