About the Role The Senior ERP Systems Admin plays a key role in managing MA Financial Group’s Core Real Estate ERP system, ensuring stability, accuracy, and efficiency across day-to-day operations. This role focuses on system administration, user support, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access controls Record, prioritise, and resolve user support issues; escalate complex cases when necessary Conduct regular system checks, validations, and upgrades Develop SQL-based reports and implement configurations or customisations as required Maintain system documentation, training materials, and process manuals Support ERP module implementations, including data migration, testing, and post-rollout support Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and drive system enhancements About You At least 6 years of experience in ERP system administration, database management, or a related technical role Strong SQL report writing and data management experience Deep understanding of system configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data integrity Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience in the Retail Property or Real Estate industry is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science , or related field preferred Benefits & Perks HMO Day 1 coverage for you and your dependent Permanent day shift – 6 AM to 3 PM Onsite role in BGC, Taguig with 1 Day WFH after training Global collaboration – work with finance and technology teams across multiple regions Career growth – advance your ERP management, SQL reporting, and system process improvement Supportive culture – part of a high-performing technical and finance operations team About MA Financial Group MA Financial Group is a global alternative asset manager specialising in private credit, real estate, and hospitality.
