Human Resources Executive at Centaur Marketing Centaur Digital Marketing PH Inc., a Public Relations (PR) & Digital Marketing agency is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the team. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with account managers, developers, SEO specialists, and other team members to deliver high-quality work and meet client expectations. Your responsibilities will include: Develop creative and innovative designs for print, digital, and other marketing collateral, adhering to brand guidelines. Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives. Ensure consistency in the application of brand elements across all design projects and materials. Give ideas and development of design concepts that align with marketing strategies and resonate with the target audience. Create designs for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies, and adapt your skills to meet evolving design needs. Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and enhance design concepts. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines. QUALIFICATIONS Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a similar discipline is advantageous. Experience: At least 1 to 2 years agency experience. Work Environment: Must be able to operate in a hybrid work setup. SKILLS Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.). Strong grasp of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively present creative concepts. Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
