Supervise and monitor the daily operations of assigned branches or locations.
Ensure that branches achieve their sales, operational, and performance targets.
Conduct regular branch visits and monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
Review sales, inventory, staffing, and operational reports.
Monitor inventory, product availability, and proper stock management.
Monitor employee performance, attendance, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational concerns.
Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance and operational activities.
Maintain proper standards of cleanliness, safety, security, and organization.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Must be a graduate of a four-year bachelor’s degree program in any field
At least2 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in multi-branch, retail, food service, sales, or operations.
Experience managing multiple locations or teams is an advantage.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Willingness to travel regularly between assigned locations.
Must have a valid driver’s license and proficient in driving four-wheel vehicles. (Must know how to drive L300 service vehicle)
