As a Coordinator – Quality, you’ll be the driving force behind our QA/QC operations, ensuring every product meets exacting standards and pushing the boundaries of manufacturing performance. You’ll apply advanced engineering and statistical techniques to control processes, lead improvement initiatives, and uphold the One Manufacturing guidelines.

This role is based in our Limay, Bataan Manufacturing Site.

• Upholds and promotes SHE standards, acting as a role model in safety behaviors.
• Identifies major operational hazards and supports risk mitigation and control activities.
• Participates in incident investigations and drives action plans to strengthen safety culture.
• Defines and maintains Quality and Manufacturing Process Improvement (MPI) strategies and procedures.
• Closes compliance gaps and ensures safe implementation of changes through rigorous review of Change Notices.
• Ensures products meet internal, external, and legal quality standards.
• Develops cost-effective solutions balancing safety, quality, and process performance.
• Manages communication with customers and stakeholders on complaints, quality issues, and corrective actions.
• Leads training initiatives to build expertise in Quality and Process Improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma).
• Drives site-wide process improvement using LEAN tools (5S, Kaizen, A3s, VSM, etc.).
• Supports Site Manager in performance visibility and improvement execution.
• Collaborates globally to enhance knowledge and best practices in Quality and MPI.
• Oversees implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management System.

• Licensed Chemical Technician or related field, with solid knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes.
• 2–5 years of QA/QC experience in industrial or chemical production environments.
• Proficient in ISO 9001 standards, process safety, and quality management systems.
• Skilled in LEAN, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, A3s) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, and problem-solving abilities with a commitment to SHE standards.
