Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day HR Business Partner support for an assigned employee population
  • Serve as a primary contact for employee and manager HR enquiries, providing guidance on policies, processes, and programmes.
  • Monitor workforce trends including onboarding, attrition, engagement, attendance, probation, and employee feedback.
  • Prepare workforce insights, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for HR stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage HR projects, timelines, stakeholder communications, and risk tracking activities.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, culture programmes, roadshows, internal campaigns, and employer branding activities.
  • Manage the end-to-end internship and early talent programme, including onboarding, engagement, stakeholder coordination, and programme evaluation.
  • Own and coordinate onboarding, probation reviews, regularisation processes, employee check-ins, and exit interviews.
  • Develop and manage HR communications, newsletters, announcements, presentations, and employee-facing content.
  • Maintain HR documentation, governance records, trackers, and recurring reporting requirements.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.

The Successful Applicant

Non-Negotiables

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 4 years of HR experience with exposure to HR operations, employee lifecycle management, employee engagement, HR coordination, or HR business partnering.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders and delivering projects or recurring HR processes independently.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations principles, confidentiality requirements, and escalation protocols.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Good-to-Haves

  • Experience supporting HRBP teams within a medium to large organisation.
  • Exposure to HR systems, reporting platforms, SharePoint, or data visualisation tools.
  • Experience coordinating internship, graduate, or early careers programmes.
  • Project management or PMO experience within HR environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and digital workplace technologies.
