Senior Auditor | Onsite | CPA and External Audit exp TOA Global – Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone, Central Luzon, Philippines About the Role The Senior Auditor is responsible for supervising and completing audit assignments. In the absence of a Supervisor, the Senior serves as the primary point of contact and maintains audit control. The role utilizes good judgment and initiative to manage and plan workflow, ensuring tasks are completed within time and budget. The Senior also provides expertise to Directors, builds referral networks, and demonstrates commitment to learning, development, and the firm’s culture. Key Responsibilities Proactively engage with clients, displaying courtesy and professionalism Maintain confident relationships with clients through regular contact Understand the client’s business and commercial environment Ensure commitments made to clients are followed through and expectations are met Communicate issues that may affect the client relationship to the team Develop solutions and provide advice to improve processes, reduce expenses, and enhance income growth Demonstrate understanding of the organization’s products and services Identify additional services the organization can offer and relay information/ideas to the client Mentoring of Junior Staff Collaborate respectfully and positively with others Delegate appropriate work to junior staff Assist junior staff with workflow management Provide constructive feedback and develop a clear improvement plan Offer coaching and monitor development to help juniors reach their potential Conduct training sessions or one‑to‑one training as directed Skills and Experience Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an audit position Completed a related degree in accounting Computer and technology savvy; proficient in APS, MYOB, Xero, Caseware, U‑Track, Microsoft Office Good understanding of accounting standards and reporting responsibilities Up‑to‑date with technical changes in legislation, reporting requirements, and industry updates Strong analytical techniques Excellent attention to detail Benefits Health Insurance and Life Insurance coverage 21 annual paid leaves Annual performance‑based salary increase Tenure Recognition Program Access to certifications and courses from Ab2 Institute of Accounting 20+ free coffee and chocolate options Billiards, table tennis, or foosball in the breakout room Work‑life balance and time off encouraged Diverse, caring, and high‑achieving team environment Ongoing training, development and career progression opportunities Free onsite parking Values We live by our VALUES to cultivate growth and innovation.
