Aprio is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their Business Operations, Growth team. The role focuses on enhancing visual design and branding by creating compelling presentations, infographics, and other design materials that effectively convey messages to our target audiences. Aprio is a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm with a presence in the Philippines and more than 2,100 team members who speak 60+ languages.

• Presentation Design: Create visually engaging and informative PowerPoint presentations that support our goals, with consistent branding and design standards applied to all materials.
• Infographic Design: Design eye-catching infographics that simplify complex data and collaborate with various teams to translate ideas into graphics.
• Document Design: Format and design document templates in Microsoft Word and utilize Microsoft Excel for data visualization and chart creation in documents and presentations.
• Creative Design: Develop innovative design concepts, layouts, and visuals aligned with brand guidelines; contribute to the creative process with ideas and suggestions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, production, marketing ops, content creators) to understand design needs and deliver solutions; act as a liaison between design and non-design stakeholders.

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) at intermediate or advanced level; experience with Adobe Libraries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Ability to create, edit and implement themes to create templates and infographics with linked data.
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to think creatively and generate original design concepts; collaborate with writers and content creators to craft high impact communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, especially presentations, infographics, and document formatting.
• Amenable to a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days work from home).
• Open to shifting schedule depending on business/client needs.
