Overview

As a BI/Reporting Analyst, you will design and develop reports, document requirements, extract data using PL/SQL in Oracle, and leverage BI tools (Jaspersoft, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau) to develop and present reports. You will apply SDLC knowledge, basic Unix skills, and AWS experience where needed. You will communicate effectively and engage with colleagues and customers via virtual platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage warehousing and transport domain knowledge within the supply chain to support operations.
  • Design and develop comprehensive reports to meet business needs.
  • Document business reporting requirements accurately.
  • Extract data using PL/SQL in an Oracle environment.
  • Utilize BI tools (Jaspersoft, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau) to develop and present reports.
  • Apply SDLC knowledge as needed.
  • Operate with basic Unix skills and within an AWS environment as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively in written and oral formats; engage with teams via Teams, Zoom, etc., with camera on.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ensure accuracy and quality in reports.

Qualifications

  • 4 to 7+ years in BI/reporting analysis.
  • Mandatory Oracle experience with PL/SQL data extraction.
  • Experience with Jaspersoft, Crystal Reports, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Desirable: Unix, MSSQL, AWS.
  • Remote work availability; strong attention to detail.
