JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of project plans. Includes coordination of activities among the project team and with external suppliers, consolidation of activity updates, and the communication of progress reports to the project team and management. This scope of work carries over to the entire Daiichi Properties group of companies and its associations, both current and future additions. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Assists in preparation of architectural bid documents and drawings. Coordinates the implementation of project activities and assists in the inspection of materials and contractor workmanship. Review of tenant fit-out construction plans and facilitates refurbishment of unit/s prior turnover. Handles documentation process from pre- to post-construction. Handling Job Site Inspection of construction projects. Quality inspection and punch-listing. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply as Asst. Project Coordinator. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: Must be a graduate of BS-Architecture course. Candidate must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Professional Licensure Exam). Must be knowledgeable in design, construction and project management.
