Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control.

  • Assist in obtaining permits and licenses where applicable; ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop budgets, cost controls, and risk mitigation plans; manage change orders and project documentation.
  • Lead and develop teams to drive performance and efficiency; communicate project status to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1–5 years of project management experience in related fields (construction, manufacturing, or product development).
  • Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, local building regulations); proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; AutoCAD or similar software is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are advantageous; driving eligibility or readiness to relocate may be required for certain roles.
