Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure the effective functioning of supply chain processes, including sourcing, ordering, receiving, and contract monitoring.
Oversee shipping, transportation, and delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Optimize routes and distribution channels to minimize costs and delivery time.
Address logistical issues and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Source and negotiate with suppliers for quality materials and services at competitive prices and ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability without overstocking.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
Generate and present performance reports, including cost analyses and efficiency metrics.
Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and disruptions that could impact the supply chain.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance.
Lead initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and implement best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
Proven experience in supply chain operations or logistics management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
