RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION: - Coordinate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to implement sales strategies and operational plans. - Serve as a translator and interpreter between Chinese, Tagalog, and English during meetings, communications, and documentation. - Build, manage, and maintain strong Distributor-to-Company and Company-to-Distributor relationships. - Handle Chinese-language communications, negotiations, and discussions with distributors. - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data summaries using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and backend systems. - Conduct on-site training and orientation for distributor staff to ensure compliance with company standards. - Supervise and monitor distributor staff performance, providing feedback and support as needed. - Provide administrative and coordination support to the Regional Sales Manager in day-to-day operations. - Ensure proper usage, care, and maintenance of the company vehicle. - Provide driving assistance for business-related activities when necessary.
