Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, particularly in Digital Payments.
  • Conduct detailed client interviews and translate business needs into clear process documentation and functional specifications.
  • Perform end-to-end process mapping, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and IT-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience in the payments domain.
  • Support project lifecycle activities including requirement validation, user acceptance testing, and change management.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment of requirements with solution design.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years; Relevant 2 years as Technical BA
  • Strong domain knowledge in Banking with focus on Digital Payments (cards, wallets, real-time transfers, or other payment solutions).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of conducting structured interviews with senior clients.
  • Hands-on experience with process mapping tools and ability to independently identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Analytical thinking with ability to propose automation and IT-enablement opportunities.
  • Strong documentation skills with clear, structured outputs (BRD, FRD, process flows, gap analysis).
