Overview We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our wholesale sales operations in the machinery and industrial equipment sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent knowledge of industrial products, and the ability to manage a sales team while building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities Negotiate and close deals with key clients. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. Manage and lead the sales team, providing coaching and support to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities with distributors, contractors, manufacturers, and industrial clients. Qualifications Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or machinery sector. Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, or related products. Proven leadership and team management experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
