We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily involve supporting the Sales Coordinator and PA functions while managing travel and logistics arrangements for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate flight and hotel bookings to ensure efficient and cost-effective travel arrangements.
Research and evaluate various airlines, ticket combinations, and hotel options to secure the best possible rates.
Liaise with airlines and hotels for booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds as needed.
Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and budget guidelines.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Familiarity with travel booking platforms and processes is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Mus be willing to travel and relocate to Iloilo
