Job Summary: The primary objective of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. The Construction Manager supervises daily worksite operations, schedules labor, manages material procurement, ensures full compliance with local building regulations, and continuously mitigates legal and physical risks while tracking project milestones.
Experience and Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years of field experience in construction management, site supervision, or project management. Proven track record of delivering building projects on time and within budget.

Working Conditions
Primarily site-based with regular office coordination. Frequent exposure to construction environments, active building sites, and varying weather conditions. Travel between multiple project sites required.
Tools & Equipment
Project management software (Procore, Fieldwire, Aconex), scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera), MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and standard communication devices.
