Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections. Cash Flow Monitoring: Reconcile bank statements and maintain healthy cash flow levels. Inventory & Cost Control: Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams to monitor inventory valuation and cost of goods sold. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets and financial projections to support business planning. Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to tax regulations and coordinate with auditors during financial reviews. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial systems and workflows. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams on financial matters. Support Sales & Operations: Validate customer credit terms and analyze profitability of key accounts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 2–3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a distribution or logistics setting Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
