Overview

Onboaring Engineer (HVAC/BAS) (Work From Home) at WHR Global Consulting. Work From Home; Night Shift (10 PM, Mondays to Fridays); Location: Philippines (WFH / Anywhere PH); Employment Type: Full-time; Salary: Php 90,000 to Php 105,000.

What You Will Do
  • Ensure delivery and support of high-quality fault detection and diagnostics products to clients and partners.
  • Collaboratively complete onboarding projects and communicate timelines and milestones.
  • Conduct onboarding activities such as Data Collection Service installation, data discovery, and organization.
  • Troubleshoot diagnostics for automated fault detection on customer HVAC equipment.
  • Review findings and validate results reported by the software.
  • Train and engage customers and partners on Data Transfer Service, data connectivity, and related networking issues.
Qualifications
  • Self-motivated with the ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and partners.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field, or 1–2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC, controls, or fault detection and diagnostics.
Technical Knowledge
  • Exposure to BAS protocols such as BACnet, OBIX, and Modbus.
  • Understanding of BAS networking principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to automated ongoing commissioning, fault detection and diagnostics, performance measurement, and verification.
  • Familiarity with metadata applications such as Project Haystack.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
