Responsibilities Manage construction projects from start to finish. Lead on-site teams to meet time and budget targets. Coordinate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders. Ensure quality and safety standards are always met. Qualifications Licensed Civil Engineer. Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction. Strong background in both horizontal (roads, pipelines) and vertical (buildings) projects. Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is an advantage. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa. Skills and Competencies Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello). Personal Attributes Detail-oriented and highly organized. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines. High level of initiative and self-motivation. Additional Requirements Willingness to work in Tarlac City. Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in project management.
