Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision. Job ResponsibilitiesSupervises and monitors mechanical installations and related construction activities. Reviews mechanical designs and plans to ensure compliance with project requirements. Prepares material quantity surveys and estimates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project budgets. Monitors and evaluates Owner Supplied Materials (OSM) for quality and quantity compliance.
