The Medical City South Luzon is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead key Human Resources functions including manpower planning, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and performance management. This role is critical in building a strong workforce, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities HR Business Partnering – Collaborate with department heads and senior leaders to understand workforce needs, provide strategic HR guidance, and deliver solutions that support business goals. Manpower Planning – Review and recommend actions on manpower requests; project workforce needs based on turnover, staffing trends, and organizational growth. Talent Acquisition & Placement – Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to placement, ensuring qualification standards and lead times are met. Conduct interviews for supervisory and managerial positions and recommend candidates for hiring or promotion. Compensation & Benefits – Supervise timekeeping, payroll, and employee benefits administration; ensure compliance with government wage orders and benefits laws (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, DOLE, etc.). Address employee concerns and enhance policies to promote fairness and transparency. Performance Management – Implement and enhance performance evaluation systems, recognition programs, and rewards initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and organizational equity. Job Evaluation – Lead evaluation of new and existing roles to ensure appropriate job grading and alignment with organizational standards. Compliance & Employee Relations – Ensure compliance with hospital policies, JCI audit requirements, and labor regulations. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field (Master’s degree in Hospital Administration an advantage). Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in healthcare or service industries. At least five (5) years' experience in various facets of human resource functions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization. In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government compliance requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
