Shape the future of telecom quality engineering with NTT DATA . We're looking for a Software Test Engineer who combines strong Telecom OSS/BSS testing expertise with modern Automation, GenAI, and AI-assisted QA practices to deliver high-quality digital transformation programs.
What You’ll Do
Test business-critical OSS/BSS platforms across Order Management, Billing, Provisioning, Inventory, and Assurance domains
Design and execute functional, integration, API, and end-to-end test scenarios
Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and CI/CD pipelines
Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate test design, defect analysis, test data creation, and quality insights
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, architects, and customers to drive quality throughout the SDLC
Support UAT activities and ensure successful business sign-off
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of software testing experience within Telecom OSS/BSS environments
Strong expertise in functional testing, test design, and defect management
Hands-on automation experience using Selenium (Java), TestNG, or similar tools
Experience with API testing, backend validation, Jenkins, and Git
Mandatory experience using GenAI tools in QA workflows
Exposure to AI-assisted or agent-based testing approaches is an advantage
