RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION: - Mandarin Admin Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining business calendars for projects, events, meetings, and operations. - Track and audit all scheduling to ensure deadlines are met and resources are properly allocated. - Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all documents. - Translate and interpret documents, emails, and verbal communications between Mandarin and English. - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff in Mandarin. - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents in Mandarin and English.
