RESPONSIBILITIES Preparation of E&I basic design documents such as Functional Description, Field Device/Instrument List, Sensors/Instrument Data Sheets, PLC I/O List, Material Requisition etc., and E&I basic design drawings such as Single Line Diagram, Electrical and Instrument Wiring Diagram, Instrument Loop Diagram, Interlock Block Diagram etc. for Steel Industrial Plants such as Steel Making Plant, Rolling Mill Plant, etc. Preparation, planning and checking of E&I construction drawings such as Cable Tray Layout, Equipment Layout, Wiring Diagram, Instrument Hook-up, Connection List etc. for Steel Industrial Plants Preparation of Material Take-Off, Cost Estimates, Bill of Quantity Checking of vendor document/drawing such as E&I Equipment Specification & Assembly Drawing, Control Panel, Schematic Diagram etc. Checking and Evaluation of Vendor’s Proposal Plant testing and commissioning works including preparation of test reports Conducts Factory Acceptance Test Assign task and do planning of the group members’ daily task. Ensure all group outputs and deliverables are in compliance with customers and project's requirements, standards, and quality before submission. Provide the inputs and feedback on skills, competencies, and overall performance of group members with superior. Conduct trainings to members as appropriate and collaborate with the superior. REQUIREMENTS Graduate of BS Electrical Eng’g. PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer. With at least 10-15 years of relevant experience in electrical and instrumentation (E&I) basic and detailed engineering design, and construction design of industrial plants. With experience as project lead/team lead and can ensure timely delivery and quality of deliverables. Preferably with experience in managing a group or team of engineers. Having experience in vendor control/management, including checking and review of vendor deliverables, schedule management, etc. Having experience in coordinating/negotiating with customer regarding project requirements, progress/schedule, etc., is an advantage. Familiar with design standards such as IEC, ANSI, JIS, NEMA, and others. Having passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N4 is an advantage. Knowledgeable in using AutoCAD software. Proficient in using Microsoft Office. Willing and interested to work with foreign nationals (Japanese, and others). Must be hardworking, honest, diligent, responsible, and resourceful. Must be willing to study and learn Japanese language to have better communication with Japanese counterparts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
