Job Responsibilities
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects, including preparation, realization, and Go-Live.
- Provide AMS support for SAP MM or SD modules, ensuring stable operations, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Configure and support SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Vendor Master Data, Procurement Processes, Invoice Verification) or SAP SD (Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping).
- Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO, PP, WM, QM).
- If focusing on Integration
- Act as the primary point of contact for SAP integration-related queries with GEV, including data flows, tables, and integration methods.
- Provide guidance on designing and developing interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., HERMES, QS, MOS, LOS, OSCAR).
- Support FPT teams with SAP integration expertise (excluding configuration changes).
- Collaborate with project teams, prepare documentation, test scripts, and assist with user training.
- Work directly with US customers and be willing to work night shifts when required.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of SAP experience (MM/SD or Integration).
- Strong understanding of business processes in Manufacturing/Logistics.
- Good English communication skills (Korean is a plus).
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
