Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Industrial Engineering, Management or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years: of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the lubricants industry. Supervisory experience: in managing warehouse staff, inventory, and operations.
Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data and has keen attention to details
Efficient time management capabilities.
Proficient in inventory management software: such as SAP, Oracle, Excel or other similar systems.
Knowledge of safety regulations: such as OSHA standards and local regulations.
WMS and SAP knowledge and experience is preferred.
Familiar with shifting operations on a 24/7 mode
Amenable to a 6-day work schedule and willing to work extended hours when needed
Must be living in/near Meycauayan, Bulacan.
Job Description:
1. Assist in Warehouse Operations: Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of lubricant products.
2. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stocktakes, and investigate discrepancies.
3. Supervise Warehouse Staff: Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
4. Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure working environment, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
