P2P Analyst II

The team is under the Global Finance of Vestas Shared Service Centre. Finance Shared Service Center is comprised of various Finance functions that support Vestas globally. These functions include Purchase to Pay, Travel and Expense, Account to Report, Cash Management, Compliance, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Costing and Inventory, Master Data Management and Finance Controlling team. This team is expected to have close collaboration with Regional Finance, Payroll, Factory Controllers, Treasury, Procurement, and other functions of the company. Finance SSC > Accounts Payable > Accounts Payable - Vendor Query Management Responsibilities Execute Finance Shared Service Center processes fully in accordance with the defined and agreed Vestas Standard Operating Procedures Engage and collaborate with Regional Finance, Treasury, Procurement, and other business stakeholders to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality Participate in further improvement and optimization of Finance processes Facilitate onboarding for new joiners and internal transfers within P2P Case management, reconciliation of vendor accounts where there's a strong threat to stop operations, including coordination across teams, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions so as not to recur Take part in internal and external audits Act as OIC in the absence of the Team Lead Qualifications Bachelor's/University Degree, Business Studies/Finance/Management, Accounting graduate With 2-3 years of working experience gained from a Business Process Outsourcing or Shared Service Center environment Competencies Meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy With a professional demeanor and readiness to contribute.
