Work setup : We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.

We are looking for a dedicated Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting our Salesforce environment to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

What will you do as a Salesforce Administrator?
Reporting to the Software Development Lead, your accountabilities will include:

• Configuring Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows.
• Managing users, profiles, roles, permission sets, queues, and license allocations.
• Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and support stakeholder needs.
• Troubleshooting and resolving user-reported issues related to Salesforce configuration and data.
• Performing basic functional testing for configuration changes.
• Maintaining documentation of policies, processes, and configuration changes.
• Participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to backlog refinement.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?
Essential:

• At least 6 months to 1 year of Salesforce administration experience.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201); Advanced Admin (ADM211) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with guidance from the Team Lead.
  

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Agile development environments.
• Experience creating training materials or delivering user training.
