What You'll Do
As a Bancassurance Sales Officer, you will:
Conduct financial planning interviews to understand clients' needs and goals
Recommend suitable Sun Life Grepa insurance and financial solutions
Deliver exceptional after-sales service to ensure an outstanding customer experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with branch bank personnel
Generate quality referrals through strategic client engagement
Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and production
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in any field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Sales and marketing experience is a plus but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
Willing to be assigned in bank branches
