Job description
Kredivo, Southeast Asia’s leading provider of digital financial services, is making its move into the Philippines, expanding its reach beyond its established presence in Indonesia and Vietnam. Kredivo Group the leading provider of digital financial services through its brands Kredivo, KrediFazz and Krom. Known for its innovative financial products, Kredivo offers users instant credit financing for both ecommerce and offline purchases, as well as personal loans. Kredivo users can buy now and pay later across the entirety of Indonesia’s retail commerce network with one of the lowest interest rates amongst digital credit providers in the country. Krom Bank Indonesia (formerly known as Bank Bisnis Internasional, IDX: BBSI) is the group’s bank entity and the operator of the Indonesian neobank Krom.

Responsibilities:
- 1. Monitor key Collection performance indicators. Present any findings/insights and actionable recommendations to management in a weekly regular meeting.
- 2. Work closely with the local collections ops team to ensure alignment between strategy and operations.
- 3. Regularly evaluate and adjust collection strategies through data-driven decision-making and feedback loops.
- 4. Continuously implement A/B testing for different collection strategies to determine which approaches are most effective and optimize recovery.
- 5. Actively identify opportunities to improve Collection performance.
- 6. Participate in new product/program launch and process change implementation.
Qualification:
- 1. 2+ years of experience in collections, risk management, or a related analytics role
- 2. Strong knowledge of data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, SAS, R).
- 3. Experience with collection management systems and decision engines
- 4. Analytical and creative problem solver, with flexibility to accommodate business needs
- 5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- 6. Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a fast-paced environment
- 7. Attention to detail and high accountability.
