MUST HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 10 years of experience in employee relations and labor relations (current role is in ER and Labor Relations)
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive or Manager

For Internal:
With background in HR (Field HR, Total Rewards)
GOOD TO HAVE:
Law graduate not necessarily a lawyer
