- Knowledge of relevant Acts and legal obligations.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant industry experience or qualifications (ANZIIF/IBANZ).
- Computer literacy; MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Amenable to work onsite at least twice a week at specified locations (e.g., Eastwood, Quezon City).
- Experience with AU or NZ insurance platforms (e.g., Insight, SCTP, SCTP/SVU) depending on listing.

Position: Commercial Insurance Broker Assistant
Location: Remote (QLD/AU context) with options for work from home or office
Overview: Support Australian client, back-office and administrative support for brokers; manage commercial insurance documentation, policy servicing, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities- Assist brokers with new business, renewals, and endorsements for commercial policies.
- Liaise with underwriters/insurers for quotes, binders, and policy documents.
- Enter and maintain accurate client/policy data in CRM and insurance systems (SCTP/SVU, Insight).
- Review policy schedules, endorsements, and documents for accuracy/compliance; prepare Certificates of Currency and client summaries.
- Support claims lodgment and follow-up; maintain timely client communications; ensure regulatory/compliance adherence.
- Perform general administrative duties; ensure adherence to procedures and policies.
- Minimum 2 years AU insurance broking support experience.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products; claims management and endorsements processing experience.
- Familiarity with SCTP, SVU, Insight; strong English communication; MS Office; ability to work to Australian business hours.
