About the role

We are seeking an experienced Naval Architect to join a team in the Philippines. This full-time position focuses on designing and engineering innovative boat and ship designs to meet client needs. As a member of the Design & Architecture team, you will drive growth and uphold a reputation for excellence.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and developing new boat and ship models using CAD software
• Conducting hydrodynamic analysis and stability calculations to ensure seaworthiness and performance
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and production teams to integrate designs
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
• Providing technical guidance to the Design & Architecture team
• Assisting with proposals, presentations, and client-facing deliverables

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Naval Architect in the boat/maritime industry
• Expertise in ship/boat design and CAD (AutoCAD, Rhinoceros)
• Strong background in hydrodynamics, naval architecture, and marine engineering
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
