Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) to support our workplace health and safety programs. The role involves providing nursing care to employees, supporting occupational health initiatives, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with physicians and management to promote a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • In the absence of a physician, organize and administer health service programs integrating occupational health and safety; otherwise, carry out activities under physician guidance.
  • Provide immediate nursing care to workers who are injured or ill at the workplace.
  • Conduct or assist in health maintenance examinations; if a physician is unavailable, perform nursing-related activities within scope and refer cases requiring extensive evaluation.
  • Participate in occupational health and safety initiatives by recommending improvements in the work environment to enhance employee well-being.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and medical records; in the absence of a physician, prepare and submit the annual medical report (DOLE/BWC/HSD/OH-47) as required.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse with an active license in the Philippines.
  • Must hold a valid OHNAP (Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines) Certificate.
  • Preferably with experience in occupational health, workplace safety, or clinical nursing.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational safety and health standards.
  • Excellent communication, record-keeping, and interpersonal skills.
